Retrospectives are conducted in the context of a SRINT meeting and create an opportunity to learn in a team, improve cooperation and look for “lessons learned”. In its simplest form, a retrospective answers three questions:
- What worked well?
- What do we need to improve?
- What are the key learnings for the next SPRINT?
There are many ways to conduct a retrospective. On this page you will find various STAGILE® templates that are suitable for use with the ALEAS Board.
Of course, there are many more possibilities – our STAGILE® coaches will be happy to give you tips on effective and efficient retrospectives and provide additional templates upon request. Just send us a message via the contact form. We look forward to hearing from you!
