Heiko Madlener

Heiko may be one of the youngest employees at ALEAS, but he still has an immense wealth of experience. He wrote his first line of code as an intern, several years before he secured a permanent place in our team after graduating from the HTL Dornbirn and some months of community service. Unsurprisingly, he got off to a flying start and soon became the shooting star in Custom Development. Heiko is also responsible for IT, making sure that the hardware runs smoothly and is always on the spot when technical problems arise. His passion for coding goes so far that even in his spare time he tests new technologies, teaches himself programming languages and develops his own apps. When he’s not working on a new feature, he’s most likely to be found in the gym lifting weights, riding his racing bike at full throttle, or on a sailboat in Lake Constance.
