Klaus Madlener

Klaus began his career over 30 years ago as a software developer at Leica Geosystems. Within a short period of time, he assumed responsibility as project and later division manager, which is probably due not least to his drive for action, his sharp mind and his clear vision. Always open to new developments, he has been enthusiastic about „Agile“ since then. Early on he laid the foundation for his STAGILE® method, which he adapted over the years for managing agile teams and organisations. Not surprisingly, a steep career as a managing director in various high-tech companies followed, which has also led him to travel the world. Parallel to his work he completed studies in Software Engineering and International Management and later an MBA at the University of Gloucestershire. Since 2016, he acts as co-founder and co-owner of the ALEAS AG and fascinates us every day with new ideas, which he virtually pulls out of his sleeve. Klaus lives agile organisations both professionally and privately and is a great role model for us all – as a focused project manager, motivating consultant and attentive family man as well as a great boss.
