10 Years of ALEAS

Today marks exactly ten years since ALEAS AG was founded — born from the vision of two friends wanting to help companies with innovation and agile ways of working, using practical methods, fitting tools, and hands-on consulting.

To celebrate, we’re taking a look back at some highlights from the past decade.

What began with a four-person team in Ruggell has grown into an established company with its own products like ALEAS Board and ALEAS Projects, plus the ever-evolving agile-hybrid framework STAGILE®

We are especially grateful for the trust of our clients — some of whom have been with us from the start. These long-term partnerships inspire us every day. A heartfelt “thank you!”

And of course, a big thank-you goes to our team: without your dedication, ideas, and the great team spirit that has shaped ALEAS from the very beginning, none of this would have been possible. Here’s to you!

How It All Began: From Vision to Reality

More than ten years ago, two friends came together with one goal: help companies bring their innovation to life — with tools, methods, and consulting that actually work.

ALEAS Is Founded: The First Chapter of a Success Story

On March 1, 2016, Alois and Klaus launched ALEAS AG with just four employees. Today, the team has grown to 15 people, yet the strong team spirit remains unchanged.

STAGILE®: A Framework with a 100% Success Record

The agile-hybrid framework we developed for projects and teams is called STAGILE®. Over the past 10 years, our STAGILE® coaches have supported more than 400 projects and trained over 3,000 people.

ALEAS Board: The Visual Planning Tool for Agile Teams

What started as a few lines of code during a Kaizen project became a fully established digital workspace for planning and team collaboration.

In Appreciation and Remembrance: Farewell to Alois Jäger

The passing of our co-founder Alois was a profound turning point for ALEAS. His sons, Stephan and Harald, have been part of the journey from the very beginning and have continued his vision ever since — with great respect for his life’s work and legacy.

New Challenges: From the Office to the Home Office

In 2020, like many others, we suddenly found ourselves working from home. Thanks to our agile setup and the ALEAS Board, both we and many of our clients were able to continue working remotely.
