Eneriko laid the foundation for his technical expertise at the Technical College for Electrical Engineering. After working in electronics manufacturing, he completed a part-time degree in industrial engineering with a focus on logistics, followed by a master’s degree in management and IT. As a program manager, he was already leading strategic initiatives for process optimization and organizational development in both industry and the service sector early in his career. Leadership positions in a high-tech industrial company followed: as Head of Quality Management, he was responsible for establishing integrated management systems across multiple sites before, as Head of Electronics, Mechanics, and Software Development, he led international teams through complex innovation projects. His commitment to effectively advancing organizations was deepened through training in Lean Six Sigma and agile project management. Before becoming self-employed as an interim manager and consultant, he shaped the transformation from traditional to hybrid project management methods. This broad experience — from operational implementation to strategic organizational development — forms the basis for his work as a sparring partner and STAGILE® coach for demanding change initiatives.
