In view of such scenarios as we are currently experiencing, it becomes clear that traditional management is no longer suitable for the future. It is not only pandemics that affect our everyday work. Due to new technologies and a global economy, the business environment is changing so rapidly these days that our way of managing companies and teams needs to be rethought. Even if COVID-19 is behind us, we will not be immune to surprises. Surprises to which we should react quickly and be prepared as best as possible. Instead of returning to our old planning mentality, we should therefore gradually reduce traditional management principles and focus on agile methods and values. This means a high degree of personal responsibility for employees, conscious delegation of decisions, increased communication, etc.
The best of two worlds
Our STAGILE®-Framework does exactly that. We combine traditional management with agile working and thinking. Thus we not only enable a smooth transition into an agile future for our clients, we also bring together the best, field-tested elements of different approaches. This means, for example, that we create a long-term plan on the one hand, but implement it in an agile way and adapt it continuously. Risk and opportunity management, employee empowerment, continuous improvement and flexibility are integral parts. Transparency is achieved through selected tools, such as the ALEAS Board. The combination of an agile framework and web-based software solutions has allowed many of our customers to switch from in-house to remote work without great difficulty.

For years, we have successfully supported project and management teams at all levels in the implementation of our hybrid framework. We are convinced that these teams are best prepared for the Corona pandemic and its effects as well as for other crises, as well as opportunities, and that they will master the challenges of the future more easily and efficiently than traditionally managed companies and projects.
