Already fully arrived in 2022, we have conducted our retrospective for 2021. We would like to share a few highlights with you.
We were again able to inspire many new projects with our best practice Agile Hybrid Framework STAGILE®. Over 50 teams (development project, organizational project, strategy project and management teams) were successfully “stagilized” in 2021. In total, we trained nearly 500 new STAGILE® Practitioners.
The ALEAS Board also took off last year. We now count several thousand happy users. Feedback from our customers encourages us in our approach of continuously implementing cool new features, while still maintaining ease of use. Last year we implemented 23 new features. We already have a full backlog of ideas for 2022.
The ALEAS board has also been very supportive in our training, coaching, and project work as we have moved to almost 100% remote work. We were able to continue our work seamlessly thanks to our agile setup. As a result, we drove significantly fewer miles by car and saved more than 20 tons of CO2.
In the “Custom Development” area, we were able to implement 18 software projects. A special highlight for us was the development and introduction of a complete web portal for the smart future of waste disposal for the ELREC AG with locations in Liechtenstein, Graubünden and St. Gallen.
Joy, health, great teamwork and continuous development are very important to us. In order to bring these topics even more into focus, we have brought two apps into the beta phase, which are state of the art. Hopefully we’ll be able to tell you more about them soon!
All in all, 2021 was a challenging but also very successful year for us. A big thank you to all our customers and partners! It is a great pleasure to work with you. We are looking forward to many exciting projects in 2022.
