Five years of ALEAS

As the ALEAS AG celebrates its anniversary today we look back on five eventful years with numerous successes. This is made possible by our great customers, employees and partners. Thank you all, we are looking forward to the next five years!

The vision of a company that brings together agile working methods with the easy-to-use software applications and can thus offer customers everything from a single source was the cornerstone that led Alois Jäger and Klaus Madlener to found ALEAS. On March 1, 2016, ALEAS started in Ruggell with four employees. In the meantime, our team has grown to twelve heads. However, the team spirit has never changed, since the beginning there has been a great company atmosphere. We simply enjoy working together.

This has been made possible by our customers and partners, who have placed their trust in us for years and have allowed us to successfully master all challenges. We were quickly able to convince both small and large companies in the region of the value of our services and consciously maintain sustainable and long-term business relationships.

STAGILE®, a comprehensive agile development and management framework has been established in many organizations over the past years. Customer feedback proves the easy implementation and rapid results, whether in product development or team management. Since 2016, our senior coaches have accompanied more than 70 projects, familiarizing more than 500 people with STAGILE®. We are supported by our STAGILE® partners Heinz Studer (Headgate) and Martin Reischmann (ad.val.u). In the area of Agile Product Development and New Work, we were able to establish a small but very experienced and competent coaching network.

We are also actively shaping the digitalization of companies around the world. In 2017, we wrote the first lines of code for the ALEAS Board – an online workspace for agile planning and successful team collaboration. A simple but powerful web application, which was very well received. More tools are in the pipeline, most of them thought to facilitate efficient work in a remote environment. Our development team is full of ideas and we hope for many more success stories. Stay tuned!

Most of all, we are happy about the positive feedback from our customers, which encourages us to give our best every day and to support teams and organizations on their way into the agile future.
